What says English summer better than Wimbledon, strawberries and cream?

The Rowes and Fidget are busy on court today so there’s no recipe, just a timely reminder of that classic summer combo. You can serve up with a delicious Victoria sponge, with ice cream, or – why not – some cheesecake; or even just on its own, as we are doing today. The best Cornish clotted cream, those juicy ripe beautiful little strawberries…bring it on!

And in case play gets a little tense out there, here’s one of the best centre court meltdowns of all time.

Love all, new balls and a change of rackets called for. Let’s hope the umpire does the right thing!
